November 20, 2002 Dear Community Members, As you may know, the Druze Society of Ottawa has held elections for a new Executive Committee during its Annual General Meeting on October 20, 2002 at the Cyrville Community Centre. The following members were elected: Fayek Tabet President Nouhad Hammad Kamal Harb Advisors: Najib Salika (Ex Officio President) Afif Nasr Rami Abielmona Samer Abielmona (Web designer) The Executive members would like to thank the community for entrusting them with this important responsibility and hope to have the commitment and involvement of all in the upcoming social events and sports activities. The Executive members would also like to thank the previous committee for last year’s tremendous realizations and for its ability to create a truly communal environment within the Society. The Society also maintains a web site at www.druze.ca that has up-to-date information regarding all upcoming activities. Finally we would like to stress that the success of the Society’s mandate depends on your support and participation, so let us all help each other repeat the achievements of past years and make way to new ones. التاريخ 20 كانون الأول 2002 حضرة اعضاء جمعية الدروز في اوتاوا الكرام يسرنا اعلامكم أن الهيئة العامة تم أجتماعها السنوي في Cyrville Community center. نهارالأحد الموافق في 20 تشرين الثاني 2002 المشاركون في ألأجتماع أنتخبوا هيئه اداريه جديده على الشكل التالي: فايق تابت رئيس نهاد حماد عفيف نصر كمال حرب أمين صندوق رامي أبي ألمنى أضافة نجيب سليقا رئيس سابق (مستشار) سامر أبي ألمنى مسؤول الصفحة ألاكترونية ان الهيئه الأدارية الجديدة تتقدم منكم بجزيل الشكر على ثقتكم بها وتأمل بدعمكم لها ومشاركتكم في نشاطاتها الأجتماعية والرياضية نود شكر الهيئة الأدارية السابقة ونشكركم جميعا على مشاركتكم المستمرة اخيرا وليس اخرا نود ان نؤكد ان نجاح الجمعية لا يتم الأ بمشاركتكم جميعا. نشكركم على ديمومة تعا ونكم المخلص الرئيس السابق نجيب سليقا و الهيئه الأدارية الجديدة
