COMMANDO PAINTBALL
Dear Canadian Druze Society – Ottawa Youth Members
The Youth Committee is planning an exciting paintball event for Sunday August 5th and we invite you to join us for a day filled with adventure, activity, good company, and a pizza lunch! We have already reserved the location for our community for that day. We will be taken on 7 different fields filled with different goals, obstacles and challenges.
We will be car-pooling to the event, so if you do not have access to a car, do not worry: everyone will be meeting at 9:00am on Sunday morning in front of the Toys’R’Us at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre and the Youth Committee will have more than enough cars to transport everyone there and back.
A member of the youth committee will be calling you, if they haven’t already, to find out your interest level in attending. Your friends are more than welcome to join us! It is greatly appreciated if you could email us back at youth@druze.ca with a confirmation of your attendance so that we can better plan for an enjoyable event. Also, please inform all the other youth that we could not reach by email that they are also most welcome to join us! If you need to get in touch with us, please call Rami Abielmona or Sayid Khaddage.
For more information on the paintball grounds, equipment and promotions, including directions and prices, check out its main web site at: http://www.commandopaintball.ca/index.html
Participant age: Must be at least 15 years old (mask must also fit)
Location: Commando Paintball, 4509 Dunning Road, Navan, ON
Phone number: (613) 835-1729
Date and time: Sunday August 5th, 2007 from 10:00am-4:00pm
Cost breakdown: $20 will include equipment (with CO2), clothing, mask and lunch (3 slices of pizza and a soft drink). For paintballs, the packages are the following: $10 for 100 paintballs and $40 for 500 paintballs. Two people can share a package for 500 paintballs, so plan for a total cost of $40, as 250 bullets are more than enough for one person for the entire day.
Time & place of departure from Ottawa: 9:00am from in front of Toys’R’Us at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre, we are car-pooling to the location and back
Time of return from Navan: We leave @ 4:00pm (closing time), should arrive back at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre by 5:00pm
Sincerely yours,
CDS-Ottawa Youth Committee
